Taxes & Duties

MEGAMI ships to the following destinations on a Delivery Duties Paid (DDP) basis: all EU countries.
This means that all applicable duties and taxes are included in the final price when you place your order and there are no additional costs due upon delivery.

DELIVERY OUTSIDE THE EU

If a Delivery duty unpaid (DDU), destination is selected, the price you pay to MEGAMI will exclude all relevant import duties and sales taxes.

We recommend contacting your local customs office to clarify the details of the current charges. Customs policy and import duties may vary depending on your country.

Please note that if you are requesting a refund for an item you paid duty for, we are unable to refund the duty as it is not collected by us.
