We offer free returns within 30 days of delivery on all orders.

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

• In original, unworn condition
• With all MEGAMI and designer tags still attached
• In original packaging and shipping box

Returns that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted and will be sent back to you.

How to Start a Return

1. Click the profile icon or visit our Returns Portal
2. Log in using your email and 6-digit verification code
3. Select the item(s) you want to return and a reason
4. Add a note if needed and click “Request Return”

Once approved, you will receive shipping instructions by email.

You may also email info@megami.store to request a prepaid return label.

Return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund unless the item was faulty or sent in error.

Refunds

• Please allow up to 7 business days after we receive your return for the refund to be processed
• You will receive a confirmation email once complete
• Refunds are issued to the original payment method
• Original shipping fees are non-refundable
