No, our prosthesis Adaptive bras do not have underwires. These collections are meticulously crafted with the needs of breast cancer survivors in mind. Our Adaptive designs prioritize wearing comfort, firm support, and stylish aesthetics, all without the use of wires.
Moreover, it's worth noting that giving your breasts a break from wires can be beneficial for everyone, not just those with health concerns. Switching to wire-free bras occasionally can promote overall comfort and well-being
Yes, they are designed with sewn-in pockets to ensure a snug fit of the prostheses, both symmetrical and asymmetrical. They can be used on both or either breast.
All our bras are full coverage with a high décolletage line, ensuring minimum scar visibility in the armpits and the breasts. The bras are specifically tailored to hold the prostheses and give maximum comfort. We pride ourselves on finding the perfect balance between ultra-functional and sexy, masterfully covering any area the woman doesn't want to be visible.
We use only the highest quality hypoallergenic materials like mesh, lace, satin and microfiber. The new-generation fabrics we use let your skin breathe. We stand by our quality and design. We have a very high standard for quality control. But in a very rare event of a manufacturing defect, please contact us in any convenient way.

All our products are made of hypoallergenic fabrics and our customers rave about feeling very comfortable with MEGAMI bras and panties on. You should not experience any discomfort having our product next to your skin.
We take our global citizenship seriously. That is why our products are made of only the highest quality fabrics. We use advanced pattern cutting for reduced waste in manufacturing. We utilize recycled paper for our product packaging. Furthermore, we inspect our factories to be sure no slave or child labour is used.
We make every effort to accommodate as many women as possible by offering a wide range of sizes. Please refer to our sizing guidelines for details.
We recommend that you consult with your doctor as to when you can start wearing normal lingerie. Usually, the healing will take up to 3 months after post-op. Once you are ready, you can measure yourself using our sizing guidelines to enjoy your beautiful MEGAMI bras and panties.

When placing your order, you will be able to enter the code into the "Discount Code" box at the checkout. Remember to apply it before proceeding with the payment. We remind you that for each purchase, you can only use one promotional code.
The modification of orders is, unfortunately, not possible in our system. You have the
possibility to submit a return request directly from your Personal Account page. For more information head to our Return & Exchange page
No, at the moment, it is not possible to pay with a bank transfer.

Yes, you can pay in three monthly instalments of the same amount using Klarna Pay in 3 instalments. The first instalment will be charged as soon as the purchase is completed, while the other two instalments will be charged in the following two months.
Klarna will notify you about the payment a few days in advance. Klarna is a completely free service, as long as the instalments are paid within the deadline. In case one or more instalments are not paid within the deadline, you will be charged a late payment fee.
It is not necessary to be registered, you can always place your order as a guest.

Delivery cost depends on the location you are ordering to. Please check out our Shipping Policy
Standard shipment to your delivery address is guaranteed within 10 working
days for all orders placed before 2 pm Monday through Friday. All orders placed after
this time will leave our warehouse the following working day. For exact shipping days please check out our Shipping Policy.
You can return your online order via carrier. To return via
carrier, you can use the label we provided for you with your order or you can request the return in your Personal Account. Please read more

You will be refunded through the original payment method. The refund will be made as
soon as possible, no later than 14 days from your return request (for orders purchased
with a credit card and PayPal and provided that we have received the returned items or
that you have given us a proof of having sent them to us)

Yes, it is possible to place an order online and ship it to a country other than yours. To do this, you should first select the desired destination country from the menu you will find in the footer of our site. We remind you that billing address and shipping address may refer to different countries, but also that in the country where you would like to deliver your parcel, prices and commercial conditions may be different.
